Terms of Sale

All items in our online gift shop are sold strictly as collectibles only. There is no warranty expressed or implied for use of any item listed other than as a collectible.

Order Information

To order an item, please follow the directions shown in the shopping section of our web site. All credit card transactions are done through secure sites set up by credit card agencies, not Memorial Hall. Remember that some items are a  "one-of-a-kind" and, therefore, rarely, may be sold out even though they still appear in the e-commerce gift shop.

Payment Information

On line payments by credit card (U.S. currency) only. No items will be sent on approval. Some item's quantities are limited or may already be sold out prior to your order. Layaways are not available. REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE BUT WILL REQUIRE PURCHASER TO PAY SHIPPING AND INSURANCE CHARGES FOR ITEM'S RETURN. PURCHASER WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND FOR ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES. Item must be returned in same condition as sold. Please read the Ordering and Shipping Information, as well as the Terms of Sale before placing your order. Email us with any questions prior to ordering.

Shipping Information

All merchandise is shipped INSURED, PRIORITY U.S. MAIL.  All shipping charges have been calculated and are posted along with the item. We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.  Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable on returned items. Large items may need to be sent by ground delivery.
